Signed waivers are kept after account deletion for as long as a legal claim about an activity could be brought. For a waiver signed on behalf of a child, that period starts when the child turns 18.

You must be at least 16 to create a Fresh account, and we don't knowingly allow anyone under 16 to open one. If we learn that someone under 16 has an account, we will close it and delete the personal information in it. Users who are 16 or 17 need a parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.
Parents and guardians can add their children to their own account so the children can take part in activities. When they do, we collect the information the parent or guardian gives us about the child, such as the child's name and date of birth and any waivers signed for them. We use it only to run those bookings, which includes sharing it with the activity's host and keeping waiver records. We don't collect personal information directly from children, and we don't market to them. A parent or guardian can review, correct or delete their child's information at any time in their account, or by contacting us at privacy@freshrec.app.
